A Natural Progression
Our specialist garden room company evolved organically after working for over 30 years in the park home modular build industry, and being inspired by our own personal experiences supporting family members with extreme autism and dementia. Our experience highlighted the importance of being able to provide care in a suitable Safe Place for a family member when there is limited private space within the main property. Myself, and my partner decided to combine our experience of designing, selling, and building residential park homes into a much more worthwhile offering, and making life a little easier for those that need a Safe Place.
We are now dedicated to creating garden rooms that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, and designed where the rooms themselves will blend nicely into an existing garden space.
Understanding Your Requirements
Personal Or Virtual Assessment
After your initial enquiry we are happy to either meet you personally or chat via facetime to discuss your requirements and assess the area where you would like to create your Safe Place. Once we have gathered all the necessary information we can then send you a written quotation, and discuss installation dates.
Personalised Finishing Touches
The finishing touches are crucial in creating a garden room that feels truly personalised. We will listen and pay attention to every detail, ensuring your room is fit for purpose. For instance talk to us about our sensory room options, or a room designed for someone with dementia or any other life limiting illness.
Planning & Customised Design
The majority of our garden rooms can be built under permitted development rights, and therefore will not require planning permission. However our team will work closely with you to create a customised design plan and advise you accordingly.
